MOMENT Japantown (stylized as “MOMENT JTOWN”) is a set of four dynamic micro-retail spaces that share one large retail storefront footprint in the heart of San José Japantown. Designed and programmed to advance, grow and celebrate creative retail in San José Japantown. MOMENT JTOWN hopes to embody the urgency, immediacy and verve of today’s new retail and creative culture.

Normal Hours of Operation

WEDNESDAY: 11 AM to 5 PM

THURSDAY: 11 AM to 6 PM

FRIDAY: 11 AM to 7 PM

SATURDAY: 11 AM to 7 PM

SUNDAY: 10 AM to 5 PM

MONDAY: CLOSED

TUESDAY: CLOSED

In addition, our store will have modified hours for the following days:

  • Thursday, Nov. 26 (Thanksgiving): CLOSED

  • Monday, Dec. 21: 11 am to 5 pm

  • Tuesday, Dec. 22: 11 am to 5 pm

  • Wednesday, Dec. 23: 11 am to 5 pm

  • Thursday, Dec. 24: 11 am to 6 pm

  • Friday, Dec. 25 (Christmas Day): CLOSED

  • Saturday, Dec. 26: CLOSED

Metered and unmetered street parking is available along N. 5th Street, N. 6th Street, Jackson Street, and Taylor Street. Please refer to posted signage on-site for most up-to-date time limits and rates.

Street parking in San José is free all-days on Sundays!

By Public Transit:

Walk along 5th St. until you run into MOMENT JTOWN, located on the corner of Jackson St. and N 5th St. (a 5 minute walk)—kitty-corner from Roy’s Station.
